Carla runs a range of public and private workshops and webinars sharing the principles and practices of the science behind the mind-body connection.
She utilises science-based tools and technologies, such as HeartMath®, meditation and PSYCH-K® to demonstrate the principles behind the three pillars of Mind-Body Medicine.
The sessions are intimate and interactive. Unlike so many workshops, Carla cuts the fluff, and simply focuses on the practical hands-on application of this empowering material.

Carla offers online and in person one-to-one coaching sessions on the practices and principles of the mind-body connection.
HeartMath's tools and technologies form the backbone of Carla's approach, and because each persons needs are individual, Carla prides herself in creating a bespoke program tailored to the individual needs of her clients.
A one-to-one session (1 hour) costs £200.

24-hour HeartMath Autonomic Assessment Reports
The Autonomic Assessment Report (AAR) provides a powerful assessment of your heart rate variability (HRV), which reflects the functional capacity and the health status of your autonomic nervous system (ANS).
It can help identify circadian rhythm problems, which may be causing sleep challenges or hormonal issues affecting your sleep. It also determines the ageing rate of your autonomic nervous system and can identify risks of developing various health problems, often before symptoms develop.
I fit devices and provide the reports and consultations for researchers, physicians and clients who want to understand more about their autonomic health.
The device can be easily sent to you and can also be fitted by you within a matter of minutes. The discrete device is then worn for 24 hours, with minimal impact to you on your day (or night).
Once the device is removed, a detailed 7-page report and 50-minute follow up consultation can be arranged with me, all for £450 plus P&P.
